If you live in Kingston we will ship your fish, plants or items between 1 hour to 48 hours after the order is made. Arrangements will be made with customers shipping orders outside of Kingston to ensure their is very little travel and pickup/collection time to ensure the health of the fish, plants and items being shipped.

Request can be made and we will try our best to accommodate you. This cannot be guaranteed however as some species show no distinguishing characteristic based on gender or may be too young to display those differences at the time of purchase.
